Full coverage of UK Politics While I appreciate David Cameron's concern for the innocent Burmese victims of Cyclone Nargis , I'm not convinced that unilaterally dropping tons of aid by air is the answer. Nick Clegg, the Liberal Democrat leader, made a similar suggestion at the weekend, no doubt prompted by gruesome television images of the appalling suffering of Burmese civilians living in the Irrawaddy delta, which bore the brunt of the storm.
