Homebrew developer DragonMinded has released a new version of DragonMedia Player, a promising media center program for the Wii. The program has now reached its beta stage in this update, with a couple of new features in tow. The program, now on v0.1 of its beta stage, now has the long-promised feature, a random playback mode. The Home menu is also now functional in this build. It now also has support for two additional formats, as enumerated in the changelog below: Home menu is now functional. Added random playback mode.
