Granite State Conservation Voters/Concord, NH The Granite State Conservation Voters (GSCV) is the non-partisan political voice for New Hampshire's environment. In its first three years, GSCV has had a clear impact on the composition of New Hampshire's legislative and executive branches, and become an influential player in promoting sound environmental policy for New Hampshire. A young and dynamic organization, GCVA is poised to move up to the next level by solidifying its financial future through the hiring of its first Director of Development. JOB DESCRIPTION Full- time position. Work includes some evenings and weekends. The Director of Development reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Board of Directors to achieve goals. Position is based in Concord, New Hampshire. The Development Director will work to develop and implement the overall fundraising strategy for the organization. The position is responsible for leading all fundraising activities, which currently include: individual donor solicitation, direct mail, special events, donor database management, grant seeking and reporting, and providing support to other staff and Board members in their fundraising work.
