In about a month I'll finally be living in Los Angeles, enjoying such lavish luxuries as film festivals at the New Beverly Cinema theater in Hollywood. We've mentioned two awesome fests before, one them called The Wright Stuff with Edgar Wright, the other one featuring Eli Roth himself titled The Greats of Roth. Continuing the tradition, the New Beverly is in the midst of launching a new film festival coordinated by Oscar winning screenwriter Diablo Cody. The fest officially started yesterday night with Thank You for Smoking and Stripes and will continue on all the way through July 24th. As always, guest appearances are very likely and Cody will be on hand to introduce most of the movies every night.
