FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A Bosnian immigrant who was convicted of rioting at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds two years ago is facing deportation. Mevludin Hidanovic, of Fargo, is to be released from prison Tuesday. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Tim Counts said Hidanovic will be turned over to federal agents upon his release from a state prison in Jamestown. Hidanovic was accused of hitting another man with a baseball bat and was sentenced to a year and a half in prison. ...
