Minneapolis -- In Denver, the state's delegation to the Democratic National Convention was met with a roster of mostly home-grown speakers at its morning breakfasts. A host of state elected officials spoke, augmented on the final day by former Missouri U.S. Sen. Jean Carnahan and former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman, who mostly talked of connections between Karl Rove and his own conviction on bribery charges .
