By BILL MILLER Forensic experts in Dallas are investigating the contents of a black plastic bag to determine if they are the remains of a human fetus, police said. Senior Cpl. Janice Crowther, police spokeswoman, said Tuesday that the bag was found by the owner of a business in the 10000 block of Shady Trail. The area is east of where Interstate 35E merges with Loop 12 in northwest Dallas. The businessman called police, who responded with members of Dallas Fire-Rescue and the Dallas County medical examiner's office. "They were not able to determine whether or not there was a human fetus in the bag," Crowther said. "The bag and its contents were sent to the medical examiner's office for a determination on what is actually in the bag." A staff member at the medical examiner's office said Wednesday that the investigation was continuing. No other information was immediately available. ...
