   DC Jail     The skeptics are going to ask what took so long?  DC comes clean with an admission that an imate was killed while in custody at the DC Jail--less than a day after it was revealed that a 19 year old man accused of killing of Prince George's County police officer was himself murdered while in jail.   Here's the official release from DC police on their inmate.    D.C. JAIL INMATE’S DEATH RULED A HOMICIDE   (Washington, D.C.) – Detectives assigned to the Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch are currently investigating a death which was recently ruled a homicide by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the District of Columbia.   The victim, identified as 44-year-old Houston Quildon, was an inmate at the D.C. Jail who died on Friday, March 21, 2008, evidently as the result of injuries sustained during an assault in September of 2007.   On September 18, 2007, Mr. Quildon reported to D.C. Jail staff members that he was assaulted by his cellmate while he was asleep in his bed.   As a result of this assault, the decedent sustained a fractured mandible.   Consequently, Mr. Quildon underwent surgery to place metal plates on both sides of his jaw.   Since the injury, Mr. Quildon continued to make routine visits to the infirmary and area hospitals and his health declined substantially.     On Friday, March 21, 2008 at about 5:30 am, Mr. Quildon, who was still an inmate at D.C.
