LISBON— Writes a Curbed International Correspondent, "Thought you guys might appreciate this. It's an Opel ad I saw a week ago at the Lisbon airport. The car is supposed be zipping through some cool modern metropolis, surrounded by Awesome Buildings. These appear to be, left to right: One Liberty Plaza; some nightmare Photoshop version of Gwathmey's Sculpture for Living , with its top part mashed into its middle; another Photoshop hack job based on J Condo; and a hilariously random office building on Watts between Sixth Ave and Varick. (At which point the designer's imagination runs out, and J Condo and Sculpture for Living reappear, flipped horizontally)." Actually, the one next to Sculpture for Living kind of looks like 388 Greenwich Street , home to probably the best falafel cart in town.
