| The Franklin Downtown Partnership is now taking applications for its annual Harvest Festival on Sunday, Sept. 28, in downtown Franklin center. The event is the partnership's largest event and includes over 75 vendors, food, crafters, art demonstrations, fresh produce, kids rides, live music and entertainment, games and a sidewalk sale. The festival is expected to draw over 2,200 visitors this year. Crafter and vendor booths are $50, and partnership business members are free. To reserve a space, register by Aug. 25 by contacting Mary Graff 508-733-5504 or at mgraff@berryinsurance.com. To help sponsor the event, contact Ben Franklin Charitable Foundation, this year’s Gold Sponsor. Funds earned through the event will be used to fund downtown events, festivals, beautification and downtown revitalization efforts. The partnership is a non-profit organization.
