While a few model units were built on the site along with a monument sign, all that exists is the unfinished foundations of a few buildings. The project's web site has gone bare bones and now features an interest list sign-up, a map and this disclaimer: " Sales opportunities are temporarily unavailable while we give the market time to improve . We're looking forward to reopening this cutting-edge community and welcoming you again soon. There continues to be a lot of interest in 360." Meanwhile, the rest of Hawthorne seems to be stirring with the promise of a Grove-style mall developed by Ike Mbelu, the nephew of His Royal Highness Igwe Orizu III , the reigning monarch of Nnewi, Nigeria.
