When infamous rebel and political lefty Steve Earle penned the title track to his 2004 album “The Revolution Starts ... Now,” it’s doubtful he was thinking about a dance revolution. But that’s what Earle got midway through his acoustic concert Friday at Wood River Cellars, formerly the Winery at Eagle Knoll.
