| I made a comment at the Board meeting during the discussion of the RUSA Blog that may require some further discussion. I mentioned that we might be migrating to a different blog application. After discussion with the Web Developer for ALA, I might be wrong about that.
I haven't had adequate time to get an impression of the granularity of the permissions component of b2evoluton, the software ALA is using, but it didn't look as sophisticated as I've seen in other applications.
We are not going to use this application for handling the online companion to RUSQ, so if the members who are working with the present RUSA blog also have experience using WordPress, let me know which application you prefer and we may "migrate" before we get too much content posted to the present platform.
It may be that this application is sufficient; that also is great and does have the advantage of being grouped with other ALA blogs and feeds.
