A Cobb County police SWAT team ended a five-hour standoff with a man early Friday after he fell asleep. Officers went to a home on Jody Court shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday in response to a report of an argument between Jerry Lewis, 62, and his wife, Cobb police spokesman Dana Pierce said. Lewis had told his wife to leave, and when she did, she called police. As officers approached the house, Lewis broke out a front window, Pierce said.
