Coastal Carolina University is changing some school policies after 29 students at the Conway school have been charged in the past month with off-campus alcohol violations. The Sun News of Myrtle Beach reports university president David DeCenzo has ordered bag checks in campus housing, more programs for evenings and weekends and additional alcohol abuse recognition training with dorm staff. The university also will push for closer monitoring of local stores that sell alcohol to underage buyers. DeCenzo says he does not want Coastal Carolina to become known as the state's "party school." ...
