Coastal Carolina University is changing some school policies after 29 students at the school have been charged in the past month with off-campus alcohol violations. University president David DeCenzo has ordered bag checks in campus housing, more programs for evenings and weekends, and additional alcohol abuse recognition training with dorm staff, The (Myrtle Beach) Sun News reports.
