Cindy McCain will trek to her fourth foreign continent later this month when she joins the One Campaign on a mission to Africa. McCain will join Tom Daschle, Bill Frist, Mike Huckabee and other high-profile political figures on a vist to Rwanda. The group will visit a school, farmers and AIDS patients to discuss matters relating to poverty and disease, per the group.
