You knew Kung Fu Panda was going to draw a lawsuit from somebody at some time, but we'd have bet on the mother of some kid who got the flying fist of death right in the face and not some Chinese performance artist. Zhao Bandi, who is known for using pandas in his art and fashion designs (including panda prostitutes and concubines), has demanded an apology from DreamWorks in a Beijing court, Variety reports.
