The Rt. 164 road closure at New Hagerstown in Carroll County scheduled for Monday has been rescheduled to Aug. 11. Beginning at Rts. 164 and 212, traffic will be detoured east on Rt. 212 to Rt. 151, then east on Rt. 151 to Rt. 332 north back to Rt. 164, and reverse. This project includes the replacement of eight different culverts – seven in Carroll County and one on Rt. 799 in Harrison County. Expected completion date for all work is March 15. ...
