Four people were hospitalized with injuries that are not life-threatening early this morning after a car veered off of Adamston Road, snapping a fire hydrant and a utility pole, before hitting a front porch at 531 Whitehorn Court, police said. Traffic on Adamston Road was diverted for about six hours while utility crews worked to repair the downed wires, police said. The injured were: Benjamin Heasley, 25, the driver of the car, who suffered internal injuries, Cassandra Johnson, 24, who suffered back and arm injuries, Michael Barry, 23, with a shoulder injury and Gary Zagorski, 23, who suffered a fractured leg, police said. All are Brick residents, police said. Heasley and Zagorski were taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. Johnson and Barry were taken to Ocean Medical Center in Brick, police said. ...
