| I'm trying to book award travel to Micronesia using WorldPerks miles while they are still good for travel on CO. I need two business class seats and want to go from SAT to TKK (Truk) sometime next year. I need to arrive on a Sunday and depart on a Monday to coincide with the scuba live-aboard schedule. I've tried a number of date permutations well into 2009 and found no business class inventory on CO #1 (IAH-HNL-GUM) or #2 (GUM-HNL-IAH). I've also tried routing through NRT (NRT-GUM-TKK and vice versa), but the most I can find is one business class seat per flight. I don't even care if we sit up front on the short flight between GUM and TKK. So, has anyone been able to snag a business class saver seat between IAH and GUM or vice versa? If so, any method to the madness as far as what inventory is out there and how far out you need to book? Heck, what about just getting business class saver space on HNL-GUM or in the opposite direction? ... |
