Charlotte police say two brothers have been shot and killed on a city street. Police say 18-year-old Terry Long and 17-year-old Joshua Davis of Charlotte were shot about10:30 p.m. Monday. Charlotte Mecklenburg Police spokeswoman Julie Hill says several teens were seen arguing and then shots were heard.
