| Descritpion - I just moved into a new location in Boulder, CO and at best seeing poor performance, downstreaming - at least 1/3 of what i had before, slow connections to web sites, that are also taking very long to load completely.
A tech was out here and believes that it's most likely on the network but as the problem at the time could be considered non-existent he couldn't go further, outside of the service box.
The problem maybe classified as intermittent , though even at the best times I feel there are issues.
Modem is a Arris TM502g/ct
