Governor Rod Blagojevich has suggested a new course of action if lawmakers don't come up with a plan next week for education funding and creating jobs. He says lawmakers should meet up to four days a week after Labor Day until the job is done to try and finish before the general election in November. His comments came on Thursday at an unrelated news conference. A two-day special session is set for next week during which lawmakers will also consider a new version of Blagojevich's statewide construction program.
