Berthoud High School senior Desiree Pott was recently awarded a $10,000 scholarship from the Walton Family Foundation. The foundation awards a total of 150 scholarships nationwide from a pool of thousands of applicants. The scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who are the children or legal dependents of Wal-Mart employees.
