Our client, an International Pharmaceutical Company, is looking for an Associate Director, Modelling & Simulation. You will act as the lead pharmacokineticist on international project teams, contributing to PK and M&S expertise at all phases of the drug development process, from clinical introduction through to registration.You will be responsible for implementing M&S strategies, including design and analysis of (population) PK and PK/PD studies, as well as conducting PK and PK/PD data analysis, using methods across the spectrum from non-compartmental to population approaches.You will be a pharmacokineticist with demonstrable, hands-on experience in population PK/PD, Modelling and Simulation, using NONMEM and S-Plus / R, SAS, Matlab, WinBugs. You will also have experience with strategic application of modelling and simulation to drug development, gained within the pharmaceutical industry.
