Syrian President Bashar Assad held talks Sunday with visiting Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, after pledging to help achieve inter-Palestinian reconciliation, state news agency SANA reported. The agency quoted Abbas as saying that he would also discuss with Assad "peace talks with Israel." ...
