MIDDLEBURG - A Snyder County man who set fire to his parents' business was sentenced on Monday to serve 11 and a half to 23 years in a state correctional facility. In January, Alvin Ray Hoover, 36, of Mount Pleasant Mills, plead guilty to a felony count of arson stemming from the August 2007 fire at Irvin's Country Tinware.
