LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The world's top steelmaker ArcelorMittal Thursday reaffirmed third quarter guidance for EBITDA of more than $8.5 billion. The company also said that it expects second-half EBITDA and cash flow from operations to exceed that of the record first half.
