I was mistaken in thinking that the Apple TV actually DL'd the media to its drive as one of the problems I constantly get is the music feed dropping. I switched to the Apple TV in part to avoid this as I used to get this all the time with my airport express. I bought the 160 gig as I thought it would storing the media on it.
