This is a good start, but of course as the "Smart Evil", we must monitor, will Sharepoint implement another spec that make the product is CMIS++.. Content Management Interoperability Services is a good tech, and I wish there will be a plugins for Alfresco in Eclipse or Netbeans or IDEA. so we can use Alfresco as CMIS Services, so developer can use it.
