LISBON - The Rogers-area man accused of kidnapping and raping his girlfriend has pleaded guilty to abduction and assault. James E. McKahan Jr., 29, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, will not go to trial after pleading guilty to the lesser charges Friday in county Common Pleas Court.
