Lez Gets Real suggests another agenda: "Elderly gay people living in nursing homes or assisted-living centers or receiving home care, increasingly report that they have been disrespected, shunned or mistreated," and "Presently, California is the only state in the Union with a law saying the gay elderly have special needs."
