| Mark your calendars, folks; the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce's Walk of Fame Committee has announced 25 names of people who will get stars on the L.A. touron attraction, starting with big names like Hugh Jackman, Ben Kingsley, the Village People and even Tinker Bell. Wait, what? The fictional fairy is joined by Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Cameron Diaz, Robert Downey Jr., Tim Burton, Leslie Caron, Charles Durning, Ralph Fiennes, William Petersen, Kyra Sedgwick, John Stamos, Mark Burnett, Chuck Lorre, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, Dave Koz, the Miracles, Doug Morris, Rush, Shakira, KFI radio personality Bill Handel and KCRW host Harry Shearer, who also provides voices for characters on The Simpsons, the AP reports. Left off the list for a seventh time was 76-year-old chimp Cheeta, whose handlers have been trying to get him a star before he kicks. Seeing Tinker Bell get one probably doesn't help. Source ... |
