When Jillian Michaels says, "I want you guys to feel like you are going to die," you believe her. The tough but likable trainer from the NBC show "The Biggest Loser" certainly knows how to achieve results, and with this video she aims to do the same thing for you that she's done for all of the "Biggest Losers." Though not as fun-loving as the other trainers on the show, you get the idea that she will make you work the hardest, and she will make you see results. And this new video is nothing short of perfect for the time-crunched American. It is divided into three workouts, one beginner, one intermediate, one advanced, and each one has someone modifying the moves to make them easier. Though she touts each one as 20 minutes, when you add the warm-up and cool down and apparently any time not spent in super-workout mode, the workouts are 28 minutes each. Each one works like this: » 3-minute warm-up » Three 6-minute interval circuits featuring three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs. » 2-minute cool-down. You know things are going to be a bit tough when level 1 starts out with 20 full push-ups (though exerciser Anita modifies them if you need it). Level 2 adds some tougher moves, such as the squat thrust and a move where you do a shoulder press while standing on one leg and then kicking the other out every time you raise your arms.
